I have dealt with Mike on numerous occasions & each time was a truly rewarding experience. Coming from a scientific & technical background, I was very pleased to find him and his wealth of knowledge, in comparison to other companies I know. Mike excels in 3 areas in my opinion: the training manuals are first class with plenty of technical information to keep any technophobe satisfied (even re-reading them reveals more each time); the personal training in lasers, IPLs or other equipment is tailored to your personal understanding & ability; and because of his background & decades of experience (both highly specialised & medical) nothing whatsoever is left out, meaning the Aesthetic industry could not only learn a lot from Mike, but they in fact could owe a great deal of their current technologies &/or methodology to them, one way or another. You promised us boring on the 'Core of Knowledge'! But it was far from it I must say. I learned so much and you made even the 'physics' seem clear, concise and most of all, relevant to the procedures we offer.
